        FOOT CARE: TREAT YOURSELF TO A FOOT BATH
Warm Foot Bath
Start with warm water, then increase temperature by adding hot water. Soak feet for several minutes.
Use: for asthma, bronchial spasm, for sore throats, first sign of a cold, mild catarrh and sore tired feet.
Hot Foot Baths
The feet are dipped only for a split second in hot water. After the feet have adapted to the temperature, the duration of the dipping is increased. Use: relieves cramps in feet and legs, menstrual cramps, sore throat or a cold, pain of gout and neuralgia, for nervous headaches, insomnia, good for blood circulation and cold feet.
Alternate Hot and Cold Foot Bath
Steep feet in hot water for 3 minutes, then in cold water for 20-30 seconds. Repeat 3 times ending with cold.
Use: sedates and stimulates the body, good for circulation, headaches, ankle swelling, foot infections, chilblains, cold feet, neuralgia and relieves congestion in the abdomen and pelvic organs.
Kombucha Foot Bath
Add 200 ml of kombucha tea or 30 ml kombucha vinegar to 2 litres of warm water to a large bowl. Soak as described previously.
