        BODY CARE: BODY RUBS
It is best to apply body rubs while standing in the bath or shower to stimulate the circulation and to assist in eliminating dead skin cells.
Guava Rub: grind guava leaves to a paste and mix with fine oatmeal, sea salt and water then apply all over the body for a smoother deodorised body. Then soak in an aromatic bath for 15 minutes.
Kombucha Sponge: use a kombucha culture as a sponge and rub all over your body, it will leave you feeling invigorated.
Coffee Rub: mix ground coffee beanswith olive oil and rub all over the body to shed old dead skin and stimulate circulation. Salt Rub: sea salt fine 2 tbsp., olive oil 2 tbsp., essential oils 5 drops, Mix all ingredients together. Apply to the body using circular movements. Rinse well in tepid water and pat dry.
Oatmeal Rub: fine oatmeal 2 cups, yoghurt 1/2 cup, olive oil 1 tbsp., egg yolks 2. Beat all ingredients together. Apply to the mixture and rub it all over the body.
Milk Body Wrap: fresh milk 2 cups, pure honey 2tbsp, olive oil 1 tbsp., lemon juice 1 tbsp. Warm all ingredients together. Apply mixture when cool to the body with a sponge. Wrap into a towel, lay down to relax for 20 minutes. Shower off and pat dry.
Kefir Body Wrap: nourishes and tones. 2 cups kefir, 1 tbsp., honey, 2 oranges. Warm up the honey, mix with kefir and add the orange juice. Sponge all over your body, wrap in a towel and leave for fifteen minutes. Soak in a bath.
After any treatment massage in a cold pressed oil to the body, to which essential oils can be added for maximum effects.
