It is certainly difficult for a housewife to feed her family along scientific lines, for even an expert in the field of nutrition would find it a problem. In fact, what should you eat so that the body obtains all the nutrients, minerals, vitamins and trace elements for it to be adequately nourished? Who can dare to say that he knows what our individual requirements really are? Is it not true to say that every year, every decade, new discoveries are made in the field of nutrition? In fifty or a hundred years from now, if we could look back at the things we now think of as necessities fdr our bodies, we would probably be surprised at our ignorance of the elements which make up a healthy diet.
How much simpler it would be if man could accept the idea that a wise Creator has provided everything that is necessary including our food, in nature. If we look upon our food as something prepared for us by Him, for our well-being, then we will know we have at our disposal all the known and unknown nutritive elements we need.
